By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Edge Universe, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Edge Universe.

EDGE UNIVERSE DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to describe products and services accurately. Product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, editions, formats, and features may be updated when necessary. Digital products include only the materials expressly identified in the applicable product listing. A digital purchase does not include physical goods, future editions, future updates, consulting, software subscriptions, third-party tools, or other products unless expressly stated.

PRICING
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated during the shopping and checkout process. Prices, promotions, introductory offers, and product availability may change prospectively without notice. Purchase of a digital product grants only the usage rights described in the applicable product listing or Digital Product License. Purchase does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

Results can vary based on the user's decisions, source material, software, models, settings, skill, and third-party systems. No particular creative, financial, business, audience, or commercial result is guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and original Edge Universe and Edge Studios materials, including protected text, graphics, branding, product materials, and other original content, remain the property of their respective rights holders except where otherwise stated.
