Edge Universe digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.
For The AI Creator Production Manual — Digital First Edition, the customer receives access to the purchased PDF after a successful order and payment.
The customer download is provided through Edge Universe's Shopify digital-delivery system.
DOWNLOAD ACCESS
The AI Creator Production Manual currently includes a limit of five (5) downloads per customer purchase.
The download limit is intended to provide reasonable access across devices and recovery situations while protecting the digital product from unauthorized distribution.
Customers should download the purchased file and maintain their own secure backup copy.
A purchase does not provide unlimited download attempts unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If a customer completes a valid purchase but cannot access the purchased digital product, the customer should contact Edge Universe at edgeuniverse.co@gmail.com.

FILE REQUIREMENTS
Customers are responsible for using hardware and software capable of opening the file format identified on the applicable product page.

UPDATES
A purchase does not automatically guarantee future editions, major revisions, new products, additional files, or lifetime updates unless the applicable product listing expressly states otherwise.
If Edge Universe elects to provide an update to an existing purchased digital product, eligible customers may receive access through the digital-delivery system associated with their order.
NO PHYSICAL DELIVERY
Digital-only purchases do not include a printed book, physical media, shipping, or physical fulfillment unless expressly stated on the applicable product page.
