DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE
Unless a product listing or separate written license expressly states otherwise, digital products purchased from Edge Universe are licensed to the purchaser for personal use.
PURCHASER MAY:
- download and store the purchased digital product for personal use;
- read, study, and reference the purchased material;
- apply ideas, methods, principles, workflows, and techniques learned from the material to the purchaser's own creative or commercial work; and
- create original work using knowledge gained from the product.
PURCHASER MAY NOT:
- resell the digital product;
- redistribute or share the complete digital file with other people;
- upload the complete product to file-sharing, membership, marketplace, torrent, repository, or public-access services;
- reproduce and sell the product, in whole or substantial part, as another book, manual, course, guide, prompt pack, template collection, database, or competing information product;
- remove ownership, copyright, trademark, or attribution notices for the purpose of misrepresenting the source of the product; or
- claim authorship or ownership of original written expression, graphics, artwork, branding, or other protectable content contained in Edge Universe or Edge Studios products.
This license restricts redistribution of the purchased product itself. It is not intended to prevent customers from learning from the material or using the principles and techniques they learn to create their own original work.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of any copyrights, trademark rights, or other applicable intellectual property rights held by Edge Universe, Edge Studios, or other applicable rights holders in the product, including rights in protected written expression, original graphics, artwork, and brand identifiers.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by their respective rights holders.
